Nothing has been too much trouble for them while getting us sorted out (including 24/7 email support and substantial telephone support when there was a problem) and no email request has ever been left for more than 24 hours. Servers have been stable and load efficient. On the rare occasions that server downtime has been necessary we have been warned well in advance and downtimes have not been at peak times. We use a reseller package as that was the most economical way of hosting our variety of websites quickly and easily and giving us access to a wide range of tools to configure and support our sites.
