| Description | Your job will be provide support to customers and answer technical sales questions to potential customers. You will be required to work at least one weekend once a month on an 8 hour shift pattern. Also build servers and setup servers on our cloud when need be. You will also be required to travel to various Datacentres across the UK if and need be. You will also be required to work with apprentices to help teach them and support them in there training. |

| Description | You will be trained to our company procedures and will be made familar with the Linux operating system and networking topologies and systems. You will also provide Sales and Support via the mediums of Email and Phone. Applicants must be prepared to work during a night shift at least 5 times a month (after 6 months). Applicants must be atleast 17 years old. For the first 6 months, you will be tought the various systems we use and will be taught how to become a Linux Administrator. After 6 months, you will be released into the wild and start dealing with customer requests under supervision. After one month you will be tested to see how you are coming along. If you meet the strict requirements, you will continue your training. |
